Cook for about 10-15 minutes until the whey separates. Fold gauze into 4 layers and line a colander with it. Pour the resulting mixture onto the cheesecloth and stir until all the whey is gone. After about 15–20 minutes we should have soft curd.

Crush the banana with a fork.

Mix crushed banana with cottage cheese.

We take out the mold with the frozen mass. Spread the cottage cheese and banana mixture on top.

Now place the second part of the cookies with milk on top. Cover everything with film and put it in the refrigerator. We take it out after about 2 hours, turn the mold over, remove the film.
